Cookies

We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services.

A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a website assigns to your device when you visit the site. Cookies are very useful and their use can have different purposes, including allowing you to navigate efficiently from one page to another, allowing automatic activation of certain features, remembering your preferences and allowing you to interact with our Services faster and easier. Cookies are also used to ensure that the advertisements you see match your interests and are tailored accordingly, as well as to compile statistical data about your use of our Services.

The Site uses the following types of cookies:

has. "Session cookies" that are stored only temporarily during your browsing session in order to allow normal use of the system, and are deleted from your device when you close the browser;

b. "Persistent cookies" that are only read by the Site, that are saved on your computer for a fixed period of time and are not deleted when the browser is closed. These cookies are used when we need to recognize you during repeated visits, for example, to allow us to keep your preferences the next time you log in;

c. "Third-party" cookies that are set by other online services that manage content on the page you visit, for example, by third-party analytics companies that monitor and analyze our web access.

Cookies do not contain any information that personally identifies you, but we may associate the Personal Information we store with the information stored and obtained by cookies. You can delete cookies by following the instructions in your device preferences. Please be aware, however, that if you choose to disable cookies, some features of our Site may not function properly and your online experience may be limited.

We use a tool based on Snowplow Analytics technology to collect information about your use of the Site. The tool collects information such as how often users access the Site, which pages they visit, when, etc. The tool does not collect any personal information, and it is only used by the host and operator of our Site for the purpose of improving its Site and services.

Using Script Libraries (Google Fonts)

In order to present our content in a pleasant way and with good graphic quality on all browsers, we use in this website libraries of scripts and fonts such as Google Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts). Google Fonts fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loads. If your browser does not support Google Fonts or blocks access to them, the content will be displayed using the default font.

Any request to a library of scripts or fonts automatically triggers a connection with the operator of that library. While it is theoretically possible for library operators to collect data, the existence of this practice and, if so, the aims pursued have not yet been established.

If you would like to view the privacy policy of the Google library operator, go to https://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

Collection of information by third parties

Our policy only applies to the use and disclosure of the information we collect from you. To the extent that you disclose your information to other parties or sites on the Internet, different rules may apply to its use or disclosure. Therefore, we encourage you to read the terms of use and privacy policy of each third party to whom you voluntarily disclose your information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own and control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage, including any third party to whom we may disclose your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

How do we protect your information?

We pay great attention to implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and your information. While we take reasonable steps to protect information, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of individuals who gain unauthorized access to or abuse our Site, and we make no express warranties, implied or otherwise, to prevent such access.

Transfer of data outside the EEA

Please note that some data recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we will transfer your data to such countries only as approved by the European Commission by providing the appropriate level of data protection, or we will establish legal agreements ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

Advertisements

We may use third-party advertising technology to serve advertisements when you access the Site. This technology uses information about your use of the Services to serve advertisements to you (for example, by placing third-party cookies on your web browser).

You may unsubscribe from many third-party advertising networks, including those operated by members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") and the Digital Advertising Alliance ("DAA"). For more information from NAI and DAA members about this practice and your choices regarding how these companies use this information, including how to opt out of third-party advertising networks operated by NAI and DAA members, please visit their respective websites: http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#!/ and http://optout.aboutads.info/#!/.

Marketing

We may use your Personal Information, including your name, email address, telephone number, etc., ourselves or through subcontractors to provide you with promotional content regarding services that we believe may be of interest to you.

Out of respect for your right to privacy, we include in this promotional content the means to opt out of receiving new promotional offers from us. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your email address or phone number from our marketing distribution lists.

Please note that even if you unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails from us, we may send you other types of important email communications without giving you the opportunity to unsubscribe. These can include customer service messages or administrative notifications.

Corporate Transaction

We may share information in the event of a business transaction (e.g., the sale of a significant portion of our business, the merger, consolidation, or sale of assets). In the cases mentioned above, the beneficiary or the acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.
